Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dream Team Second Shooter ("the Course"). These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the purchase and use of the Course provided by Drew Ott ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing the Course, you ("the Buyer") agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of License
Upon purchasing the Course, we grant the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Course solely for internal business purposes. The Course is intended for the training of the Buyer’s employees or staff who are either current employees or individuals being considered for employment.

2. Authorized Access
The Buyer is authorized to provide access to the Course solely to employees or potential employees of the Buyer.
The Buyer may not share access to the Course with any individual or entity not directly associated with the Buyer’s business.
The Buyer agrees that the Course may only be used by the employees and staff of the Buyer for in-house training purposes.

3. Prohibited Uses
The Buyer agrees to the following prohibitions:

No Resale: The Buyer is not permitted to resell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Course or any of its content.
No Free Access: The Buyer is not permitted to give away or offer free access to the Course to anyone outside the Buyer’s business, except for employees or staff being considered for employment.
No Unauthorized Sharing: The Buyer must not share Course materials, links, or access credentials with anyone other than the authorized employees or staff.
4. Refund Policy
If a refund is requested, all access to the Course will be terminated upon issuance of the refund. The Buyer agrees that any further access or use of the Course after receiving a refund constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to videos, materials, and resources, is the exclusive property of [Your Company Name] and is protected by copyright law. The Buyer does not acquire any ownership rights in the Course materials.

The Buyer is granted a limited license to use the content solely for the purposes outlined in this Agreement. The Buyer may not:

Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the Course content.
Publish, distribute, or publicly display the Course content outside of the authorized uses described herein.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the Buyer’s access to the Course immediately if any of these Terms and Conditions are violated. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the Buyer will remain liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use or distribution of the Course.

7. Limitation of Liability
 e liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Course, without recourse to Drew Ott. The Buyer agrees that our total liability in any matter related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid for the Course. All use of the Course is at the Buyer’s own risk, and the Buyer waives any claim for damages beyond the purchase price of the Course.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Austin, Texas.

9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Buyer is responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Course after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By purchasing and accessing the Course, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
